Birmingham LGBT is een liefdadigheidsinstelling die de LGBTQ+-gemeenschap in Birmingham en daarbuiten ondersteunt. Ze biedt diensten aan zoals seksuele gezondheid, ondersteuning bij huiselijk geweld, counseling en welzijnsondersteuning. De organisatie organiseert ook bijna veertig vrijwilligers- en gemeenschapsgroepen en biedt gespecialiseerde ondersteuning voor transpersonen, lesbische en biseksuele vrouwen, en mannen uit Zuid-Azië en het Midden-Oosten.
