Black CAP is een gemeenschapsorganisatie in Toronto die sinds 1989 werkt aan de respons op hiv en aids in Afrikaanse, Caribische en zwarte gemeenschappen. Ze biedt diensten en programma's op maat voor de diverse zwarte bevolking, waaronder hiv-testen, schadebeperkende benodigdheden en workshops. De organisatie biedt ook een portaal voor cultureel relevante bronnen en ondersteuning in de regio Groot-Toronto.
