Blue Diamond Society is een pioniersorganisatie die sinds 2001 werkt voor de LGBTIQ+ gemeenschap in Nepal. Het pleit voor gelijke rechten, economische empowerment, levensonderhoud en vertegenwoordiging voor seksuele en genderminderheden, en voert HIV/AIDS-bewustwordings-, preventie-, zorg- en behandelprogramma's uit. De organisatie biedt ook geestelijke gezondheidszorg, seksuele voorlichting en capaciteitsopbouwende trainingen.
