Centro de Apoyo a las Identidades Trans A.C. is een Mexicaanse maatschappelijke organisatie, opgericht in 2011, die werkt aan de bevordering en verdediging van de mensenrechten van transpopulaties. Het biedt peer-educatie, gemeenschapsmobilisatie en politieke belangenbehartiging, met focus op toegang tot gezondheid, wettelijke gendererkenning en ondersteuning voor trans-sekswerkers, migranten en mensen die leven met hiv.
