CIG Arcigay Milano is een vrijwilligersvereniging die politieke activiteiten, culturele projecten en diensten voor de LGBTQIA+-gemeenschap in Milaan bevordert. Het biedt onder andere een hulplijn, gezondheidstesten, psychologische ondersteuning, schoolvoorlichting en hulp aan migranten. De organisatie coördineert ook de Milano Pride en onderhoudt een bibliotheek en archief.
