Clube Safo is een Portugese lesbische organisatie opgericht in januari 1996 in Aveiro. Het is opgericht door een groep lesbische vrouwen die behoefte hadden aan een ruimte voor dialoog, delen en belangenbehartiging. De organisatie werkt voor gelijkheid en LGBTI-rechten en biedt evenementen, blogberichten en gemeenschapsondersteuning.
