COC Groningen & Drenthe is een regionale afdeling van COC Nederland die werkt aan een inclusieve samenleving en gelijke rechten voor LGBTI+-mensen. Ze richten zich op emancipatie, acceptatie en veiligheid, en bieden educatie, sociale activiteiten en ondersteuning voor verschillende groepen, waaronder jongeren, ouderen en migranten. Ze ondersteunen ook het opzetten van Gender and Sexuality Alliances (GSAs) op scholen.
