COC Leiden is een regionale afdeling van COC Nederland die opkomt voor de LGBTI+-gemeenschap in Leiden en omgeving. Ze organiseren sociale activiteiten, geven voorlichting op scholen en werken samen met lokale organisaties om LGBTI+-thema's op de politieke agenda te zetten. Ze runnen een locatie genaamd De Kroon voor evenementen en bijeenkomsten.
