Cohort is een Oekraïense niet-gouvernementele organisatie die transgender mensen in Oekraïne verenigt om gelijke toegang tot gezondheidszorg, zichtbaarheid en bescherming van rechten te waarborgen, door de gemeenschap zelf. De organisatie biedt informatie en ondersteuning bij transgender transitie, pleit voor depathologisering en werkt aan de overgang naar ICD-11 in Oekraïne.
