Equal Ground is een non-profitorganisatie in Sri Lanka die opkomt voor de economische, sociale, culturele, burgerlijke en politieke rechten van de LGBTIQ-gemeenschap. Opgericht in 2004, is het de oudste organisatie van haar soort in het land en biedt het een veilige ruimte voor LGBTIQ-personen, met ondersteuning voor mentaal welzijn, empowerment en toegang tot gezondheidszorg, onderwijs, huisvesting en juridische bescherming.
