FSGMN is een nationaal netwerk van LGBTIQA+-organisaties in Nepal, opgericht in 2007, met 35 aangesloten gemeenschapsorganisaties en 53 kantoren in 32 districten. Het heeft als doel de gezondheid en het welzijn van LGBTI-mensen te verbeteren door middel van beleidsbeïnvloeding, vertegenwoordiging en capaciteitsopbouw. De federatie werkt ook aan de bescherming van mensenrechten en inclusieve verkiezingen.
