Fundación GAAT is een gemeenschapsorganisatie opgericht in 2008 die de rechten van trans- en non-binaire mensen in Colombia en Latijns-Amerika en het Caribisch gebied bevordert en verdedigt. Het werkt aan het creëren van inclusieve omgevingen, het ondersteunen van families en netwerken, en het pleiten voor waardigheid, autonomie en volledig burgerschap.
