Fundacja Wiara i Tęcza is een oecumenische groep van LGBT+ christenen en hun families en vrienden in Polen. Het creëert een open ruimte voor dialoog tussen verschillende denominaties, pleit voor volledige acceptatie van LGBT+ mensen in kerken en de samenleving, en verzet zich tegen discriminatie en conversietherapie. De stichting biedt steungroepen, educatief materiaal en campagnes om de acceptatie van LGBT+ kinderen onder christelijke ouders te vergroten.
