Het biedt gratis vaccinatie, PrEP-consulten, peer support voor chemsex en initiatieven voor schadebeperking. De organisatie houdt zich ook bezig met belangenbehartiging en gemeenschapsevenementen, waaronder deelname aan LGBTI+-pridemarsen.
