Gender Interactive Alliance (GIA) is een Pakistaanse organisatie die in 2002 is opgericht en opkomt voor de rechten en het welzijn van transgender en khawaja sira-personen. Het voert programma's uit zoals het Phoenix Fund, dat transstudenten aan de universiteit ondersteunt, en houdt zich bezig met belangenbehartiging, gezondheidszorgpartnerschappen en gemeenschapsevenementen.
