HIER Nigeria is een door jongeren geleide organisatie die werkt met sleutelpopulaties en andere kwetsbare groepen in Abuja en de staat Nasarawa. Het biedt toegang tot gezondheidszorg, mensenrechtenbelangenbehartiging, GBV-respons, veiligheidsondersteuning, beleidsbetrokkenheid en gemeenschapsempowerment. De organisatie bedient sleutelpopulaties, adolescenten en jonge sleutelpopulaties, mensen die leven met hiv en overlevenden van SGBV.
