HON Foundation, ook bekend als het Health and Opportunity Network, is een organisatie die werkt aan seksueel welzijn in Thailand. Het richt zich op het ondersteunen van transgender vrouwen en homoseksuele personen, met name in Pattaya, door middel van zorg- en ondersteuningsdiensten. De organisatie houdt zich ook bezig met belangenbehartiging en storytelling om discriminatie aan te pakken en het welzijn van LBTQ+ te bevorderen.
