ICS Center is een Vietnamese organisatie die de LGBTI+-gemeenschap empowerd voor trots en gelijkheid. Het biedt counselingdiensten, sociale en juridische belangenbehartiging, en capaciteitsopbouwprogramma's zoals de ViLEAD-cursussen. Het centrum exploiteert ook ICS Hub, een café en bibliotheekruimte voor gemeenschapsevenementen en -middelen.
