ILGA Asia is een regionaal netwerk van LGBTIQ+-organisaties in Azië, met 204 lidorganisaties in 41 landen en 4 subregio's. Het bevordert LGBTIQ-rechten door middel van belangenbehartiging, gemeenschapsondersteuning en regionale conferenties. De organisatie publiceert ook rapporten en verklaringen over mensenrechtenkwesties die LGBTIQ-gemeenschappen in Azië raken.
