Lambda Polska is een stichting die zich inzet voor trans en queer mensen in heel Polen. Het biedt psychologische en crisisondersteuning voor LGBT+-personen en hun naasten, zowel persoonlijk als online, en organiseert steungroepen en veilige ruimtes in Szczecin. De stichting plant en financiert ook transities, organiseert de Nationale Transgender Zichtbaarheidsdag en co-organiseert Gelijkheidsmarsen in kleinere steden.
