LGBT Ireland is een nationale liefdadigheidsorganisatie die ondersteuningsdiensten biedt aan LGBTQI+-mensen en hun familieleden. Het beheert de Nationale LGBT-hulplijn, de Transgender Familie Ondersteuningslijn, lotgenotengroepen en een telefoonvriendendienst, en voert ook trainingen en belangenbehartiging uit om de zichtbaarheid, inclusie en rechten van LGBTQI+-mensen in Ierland te vergroten.
