London Friend is de oudste LGBTQ+ liefdadigheidsinstelling van het Verenigd Koninkrijk, die sinds 1972 de gezondheid en het welzijn van de gemeenschappen in Londen ondersteunt. Het biedt counseling, sociale steungroepen en gespecialiseerde diensten zoals Antidote voor drugs- en alcoholondersteuning, en T-Tuesday voor trans- en non-binaire mensen. De organisatie biedt ook vrijwilligersmogelijkheden en pleit voor transrechten.
