Margie's Hope is een non-profitorganisatie opgericht in 2011 die middelen en ondersteuning biedt aan transgender, non-binaire en gender-expansieve mensen in Noordoost-Ohio. Het beheert gemeenschapsprogramma's en een non-profit winkel met tweedehands goederen genaamd Margie's Closet. De organisatie wijst ook op noodfondsen voor gezinnen van transjongeren die te maken hebben met restrictieve wetgeving.
