Mitini Nepal is een NGO die sinds 2005 werkt voor de rechten en waardigheid van vrouwen met een LBT-identiteit. Het pleit voor LGBTI-rechten in Nepal, met de nadruk op belangenbehartiging op gemeenschapsniveau, capaciteitsopbouw en bewustwording om stigma en discriminatie te verminderen. De organisatie werkt in meerdere provincies van Nepal en biedt ondersteuning en veilige ruimtes voor seksuele en genderminderheden.
