Mozaīka is een niet-gouvernementele organisatie die in 2006 is opgericht om de juridische status van LGBT-mensen in Letland te verbeteren. Het biedt informatie, consultaties en ondersteuning over LGBTQI-rechtenkwesties, waaronder hulp aan slachtoffers van haatmisdrijven en discriminatie. De organisatie biedt ook gratis testen op hiv, syfilis en hepatitis B en C, een bibliotheek, evenementen en belangenbehartiging in wetgevingsprocessen.
