MozaiQ is een gemeenschapsorganisatie in Roemenië die tot doel heeft de LGBTQIA+-gemeenschap te ontwikkelen en haar rechten en belangen te bevorderen. Het organiseert gemeenschaps-, culturele, burgerlijke en sociale projecten, ondersteunt lokale gemeenschapsontwikkeling, inclusie van LGBTI-mensen en andere gediscrimineerde categorieën, en pleit voor sociale rechtvaardigheid.
