NSRAP is een non-profitorganisatie die opkomt voor gelijkheid, rechtvaardigheid en mensenrechten voor 2SLGBTQIA+-mensen in Nova Scotia. Het bouwt gemeenschap, voert publieke voorlichting en educatie uit en neemt deel aan politieke actie. Sinds 1995 werkt het aan onderwerpen zoals transgezondheid, rechten van ouderen in langdurige zorg en huwelijksgelijkheid.
