Opening Doors was een nationale liefdadigheidsinstelling in het Verenigd Koninkrijk die LGBTQ+-mensen boven de 50 ondersteunde met activiteiten, evenementen, ondersteuning en informatie. Het bood vriendschaps- en telefonische vriendschapsdiensten, training voor professionals en voerde onderzoek en beleidswerk uit. De organisatie sloot permanent op 29 februari 2024 vanwege financiële uitdagingen.
