PETAL (Promoting Empowerment Through Awareness for Les/Bi Women)
PETAL is een Belizaanse organisatie opgericht in 2011 die opkomt voor lesbische, biseksuele en queer (LBQ) vrouwen, met de focus op sociale, economische en genderrechtvaardigheid. Het organiseert een jaarlijks Vrouwenforum op Internationale Vrouwendag en organiseert 'Conversations'-evenementen die een veilige ruimte bieden voor vrouwen om onderwerpen te bespreken zoals relaties, juridische kwesties, seksuele en reproductieve gezondheid en geestelijke gezondheid.
