PFLAG Korea is een groep voor ouders, families en bondgenoten van LGBTAIQ+-personen in Korea. Het houdt maandelijkse reguliere bijeenkomsten in de regio's Seoel, Chungcheong, Honam en Yeongnam, en publiceert materiaal om het bewustzijn over seksuele minderheden te vergroten. De organisatie biedt ook counseling, onderwijs, coming-outworkshops en rainbow tea time-activiteiten.
