Pohjois-Karjalan Seta ry is een lidorganisatie van de nationale Seta-vereniging en organiseert regenboogactiviteiten voor seksuele en genderminderheden in de regio. De activiteiten worden gefinancierd door STEA en het project loopt tot juni 2027. De organisatie biedt groepen, counseling en een chatdienst, en voert ook schoolbezoeken uit.
