QUEER Center Skopje is een vereniging voor seksuele en gender minderheden in Noord-Macedonië. Het biedt gratis psychosociale en juridische ondersteuning aan LGBTI+ mensen en werkt aan onderzoek, gemeenschapsontwikkeling en belangenbehartiging om de positie en mensenrechten van de LGBTI+ gemeenschap te bevorderen. Het centrum beheert ook een nationale LGBTI+ hulplijn.
