Queer & Trans Youth CZ biedt een veilige plek voor LGBTQIA+ tieners in Tsjechië, met ondersteuning, sociaal contact en gemeenschapsactiviteiten. Ze organiseren evenementen en discussies over queer- en trans-onderwerpen en onderhouden een online gemeenschap via Discord en Instagram. Ze bieden ook hulpmiddelen voor ouders van trans- en non-binaire jongeren.
