RFSL is een Zweedse organisatie die sinds 1950 werkt voor de mensenrechten van LGBTQI-mensen. Het biedt ondersteuning aan LGBTQI-personen die te maken hebben gehad met intimidatie, bedreigingen en geweld, en biedt certificering en training voor bedrijven en organisaties. RFSL houdt zich ook bezig met belangenbehartiging, waaronder politieke rapporten en internationale partnerschappen.
