Rise OUT is een grassrootsorganisatie die de LGBTQ-gemeenschap in Iași, Roemenië, ondersteunt. Het organiseert het Iași Pride-festival, onderhoudt een database van LGBTI-vriendelijke specialisten en promoot gratis, anoniem en vertrouwelijk testen op HIV, Syfilis, Hepatitis B en C bij Checkpoint ARAS Iași, een centrum voor mannen die seks hebben met mannen en transpersonen.
