Samtökin '78 is een IJslandse belangenorganisatie voor queer mensen, opgericht door en voor de queer gemeenschap. Het biedt gratis counseling, waaronder juridische en psychologische ondersteuning, evenals educatieve programma's en sociale activiteiten. De organisatie heeft ook jongerengroepen voor verschillende leeftijdsgroepen en komt op voor de rechten van queer individuen.
