SWING Thailand ondersteunt mannelijke sekswerkers door gezondheidseducatie, Engelse lessen en niet-formeel onderwijs te bieden om hun kansen en kwaliteit van leven te verbeteren. De organisatie exploiteert een gecertificeerde kliniek die HIV-, syfilis- en hepatitis C-testen, SOA-screening, CD4- en virale ladingtesten, PrEP enzelfde-dag ART-start aanbiedt. Het pleit ook voor gendergelijkheid en seksuele rechten in Thailand.
