Single Step Foundation biedt toegankelijke psychologische, gezondheids- en carrièreondersteuning voor LGBT-jongeren in Bulgarije. Het biedt ook uitgebreide ondersteuning voor trans- en non-binaire mensen, exploiteert een anonieme online chat met getrainde vrijwilligers, en runt THE STEPS, de enige LGBT+ sociale onderneming in het land, met een gemeenschapscentrum, café, bar en multifunctionele evenementenruimte.
