Switchboard Victoria biedt door lotgenoten aangestuurde ondersteuningsdiensten voor LGBTIQA+-personen, hun families, bondgenoten en gemeenschappen. Het biedt een scala aan programma's, waaronder hulplijnen, zelfmoordpreventie, ondersteuning bij huiselijk geweld, antiracisme-belangenbehartiging en sociale inclusie voor oudere LGBTI+-personen. De organisatie beheert diensten zoals Rainbow Door, QLife, CHARLEE en Pride in Ageing.
