Het documenteert mensenrechtenschendingen, pleit voor beleidsverandering en biedt vertrouwelijke ondersteuning aan LGBTQ+ personen die risico lopen in alle zes Golfstaten. De organisatie is onafhankelijk en gemeenschapsgericht, zonder financiering van Golfregeringen.
