Trans Care BC
Trans Care BC verbindt trans personen, hun naasten en clinici met informatie, educatie, training en ondersteuning voor genderbevestigende gezondheidszorg in Brits-Columbia. Het biedt hulpmiddelen voor het vinden van artsen of counselors, het wijzigen van naam of gender op ID-bewijzen, het starten van hormoontherapie en handleidingen voor genderbevestigende operaties. Het biedt ook lotgenotenondersteuning voor trans, Two-Spirit en non-binaire personen, evenals voor ouders en families, en klinische begeleiding voor zorgprofessionals.
