TESA is een non-profit belangenbehartigingsgroep voor transgender inwoners van Alberta, opgericht in 2009. Het houdt zich bezig met belangenbehartiging en educatie in de overheid, outreach en gemeenschapsontwikkeling, waaronder beleidsanalyse, media-interviews en factsheets. De organisatie reageert ook op voorgestelde beleidswijzigingen die trans personen in Alberta beïnvloeden.
