Trans Women of Color Collective is een grassroots wereldwijd initiatief geleid door trans- en gender-non-conforme personen van kleur. De missie is om de verhalen, het leiderschap en de geleefde ervaringen van trans- en gender-non-conforme personen van kleur te verheffen terwijl ze werken aan collectieve bevrijding. De organisatie organiseert evenementen zoals de Level Up TDOV Resource Fair en heeft een gemeenschapsorganisatiehub en veilige ruimte in Kansas City.
