TransAkcija is een transfeministisch initiatief in Slovenië dat informatie biedt over trans-identiteit, opkomt voor de rechten van trans personen en diensten aanbiedt voor genderdiverse individuen. Het biedt ook hulpmiddelen voor bondgenoten en houdt zich bezig met trans-activisme, waaronder het verzetten tegen gedwongen medicalisering in juridische gendererkenningsprocedures.
