TransCore is een Roemeense vereniging die in 2020 is opgericht door trans en non-binaire personen om de trans gemeenschap te ondersteunen. Het biedt informatie en middelen over medische en administratieve transitie, runt een gemeenschapscentrum in Brașov en biedt dagelijkse ondersteuning en advies. De organisatie traint ook specialisten en werkt samen met andere verenigingen om de toegang tot gezondheidszorg te verbeteren.
