TransInclusive Group komt op voor de hele TLGBQ+-gemeenschap en biedt diensten en ondersteuning aan transgender, non-binaire, genderdiverse en cisgender zwarte vrouwen, met een specifieke focus op alle mensen van kleur. De organisatie biedt noodfondsen, hiv-diensten, casemanagement, een inloopcentrum, loopbaanontwikkeling, ondersteuning bij naam- en genderwijziging, huisvesting en gemeenschapsbijeenkomsten in Zuid-Florida.
