TransWave Jamaica is een niet-gouvernementele organisatie opgericht in 2015 die zich inzet voor de gezondheid, het welzijn en het welbevinden van de transgender gemeenschap in Jamaica en het Caribisch gebied. Het begon als een belangenbehartigingsblog en biedt nu een Trans Health Strategy, een Ambassadeursprogramma en diverse publicaties en mediacampagnes.
