TTS Family is een non-profitorganisatie gevestigd in Nagoya, Japan, die mensen in de Chubu-regio ondersteunt die genderincongruentie, genderdysforie ervaren of zich identificeren als transgender. Het biedt wederzijdse ondersteuning, counseling en educatieve activiteiten via fysieke bijeenkomsten, en biedt sinds 2021 training voor psychologische professionals. De website is in het Japans.
