XEGA is een niet-gouvernementele, niet-confessionele, niet-partijgebonden en non-profit sociale en culturele vereniging die strijdt voor de rechten van LGTBI+-personen in Asturië. Het biedt een telefonische en persoonlijke dienst tegen LGTBI+-fobie, met gratis psychologische en juridische hulp aan slachtoffers van discriminatie. De organisatie voert ook programma's uit voor gezinsdiversiteit, seksuele gezondheid en culturele activiteiten.
