Het biedt 1-op-1 ondersteuning en lgbt+-jongerengroepen op locaties zoals Leeds, Bradford, Hull en Zuid-Yorkshire. De organisatie zet zich ook in voor belangenbehartiging over kwesties die van invloed zijn op trans- en lhbtq+-gemeenschappen.
